Losing weight from a normal weight just like weight gain, there is no defined amount of weight loss that results in missed periods when starting from a normal weight the more weight you lose and the faster you lose it, the more likely your period will be affected. I'm not losing weight on my period. This is the first period i've had since i started losing weight and in a week's time, i lost a whopping 2 pounds i've been having pms symptoms (bloating, fatigue etc) the past couple days and i have major cramps and the start of my period today, so is it normal for me to not lose any weight this week?.
