I started this diet a few weeks before i became a member here i first went just gluten free and weight loss was slow as intolerances developed i went on a diet of just meat, fruits, and veggies except potatoes, corn , and grains i also avoided dairy also i only drank water which i think was a. I had lost a lot of weight before going gluten-free. i didn't lose anymore once i went gluten-free. i started to gain 3 months gluten-free and now have gained 10 pounds. i needed to gain some of it back, but now trying to stable my weight. i don't eat a lot of gluten-free replacement foods or junk. i believe in treats every now and then. But lately, with my fluctuating weight and permanently unhappy stomach, going on a dairy-free diet for two weeks didn’t seem so bad. there’s even an entire support site devoted to the cause!.
