The one-meal-a-day diet is a weight loss plan in which a person eats only one meal per day on this plan, they will not eat or drink anything containing calories for most of the day. Eating one meal a day and still not losing weight. For example my usual day consist of waking up at 8:24 am to do some yoga, cardio, or weight lifting, then around 10:00 am i have breakfast which isn’t exactly a huge meal but you can say a small one, i’m usually done with breakfast at around 10:20 am and then i play with my dog for a couple minutes till i head in the shower and start.
